Because our cooking rigs are heavily built, large items are securely packed and transported via specialized freight shipping carriers. Our logistics team provides excellent transport communication, sending tracking updates directly to your email so you know exactly when the delivery truck will arrive at your doorstep.

In-stock grills and smaller smokers typically ship within 5 to 8 business days, while custom builds and trailer pits require additional fabrication lead time. Standard items ship via freight with liftgate delivery directly to your driveway or curbside. Large offset smokers and trailer pits ship via flatbed or specialized heavy freight. Once your order is on the road, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
You must inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If you spot exterior crate damage, dented steel, or missing items, note the specific damage on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) document and take photos immediately. Contact our customer support team within 30 days so we can file a freight claim and arrange a return or refund.
We offer a 30-day return window on all unused, standard branded grills and stock smokers in their original packaging. Return shipping fees and potential restocking fees apply to standard returns.
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and photo documentation showing the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where and how to ship the item back. Unapproved returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The funds will automatically be applied back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Branded grills and smokers are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand. Our custom-fabricated steel smokers and trailer pits include a structural warranty covering welds, craftsmanship, and steel integrity. Warranties do not cover general wear-and-tear, paint degradation from high heat, surface rust, or damage caused by improper maintenance or neglect.
If an order paid via wire transfer is approved for a refund, the funds will be returned via bank wire or cashier’s check to the original account within 10 business days. For orders purchased using third-party financing platforms, approved refunds will be credited back to your financing account, and your monthly payment schedule will be adjusted or canceled accordingly.
Order cancellations or modifications for standard in-stock items are accepted within 24 hours of purchase at no extra charge, provided the item has not shipped. For custom-built smokers and trailer pits, cancellations are only accepted prior to the start of steel fabrication; once materials are cut and production begins, the deposit or order total becomes non-refundable.
Standard freight delivery covers curbside liftgate drop-off at locations accessible by a standard semi-truck. If your site has narrow roads, low hanging trees, or steep driveways, or if you require specialized equipment, please notify us before shipping.
