1. Products and Product Improvements

Iron Pit Works offers both ready-made and custom-built smokers, grills, and related outdoor cooking products.

Because we continually improve our products, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, features, and design details may change from time to time. Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur, particularly with hand-fabricated products.

If a specific product specification is important to your purchase, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Custom-Built Products

Custom-built products are made according to customer specifications and may require additional time for design, fabrication, finishing, and preparation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the specifications of a custom order before fabrication begins.

Once production or fabrication has begun, changes or cancellations may result in additional charges or may no longer be possible.

Custom-built or personalized products may be subject to different return and refund conditions than ready-made products.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by Iron Pit Works.

We may accept payment by credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or bank transfer.

Prices, product information, shipping charges, and applicable sales taxes may change or vary depending on the order and delivery location.

In the event of a pricing or product information error, Iron Pit Works reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel the affected order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Iron Pit Works ships throughout the United States.

Ready-made products generally have an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days after processing and shipment.

Custom-built products may require additional fabrication time before shipment.

Because smokers and grills can be large and heavy, special delivery arrangements may be required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery does not include permanent installation, site preparation, utility connections, or moving the product inside a building.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may qualify for a return or refund within 30 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Ready-made products and custom-built or personalized products may have different return requirements.

Custom-built products may not be eligible for return solely because a customer changes their mind after fabrication has begun or the product has been completed, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

6. Product Safety and Use

Smokers and grills involve inherent risks associated with fire, heat, smoke, combustion, fuel, grease, and hot surfaces.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately, following applicable instructions and safety practices, maintaining appropriate clearance from combustible materials, and complying with applicable local fire, building, property, and other regulations.

Customers are also responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended location and use.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Iron Pit Works name, logo, product images, photographs, designs, text, product descriptions, graphics, and other website content may be owned by or licensed to Iron Pit Works and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

8. Disclaimer, Liability, and Governing Law
